How to Connect Pathways and Collective Impact – The Erie, PA Story

It’s always encouraging when an individual school district starts moving forward with adopting a career-connected pathways model.  It’s even more exciting when multiple school districts start working in concert and share initiatives and resources.

That’s what’s happening in the Erie region of Pennsylvania through the facilitated leadership of Erie Together, a “collective impact organization.”

During this recent webinar hosted by NC3T associate Kathy Schick, Mary Bula from Erie Together and Aldo Jackson from the Eric County Technical School share the progress and future goals of the regional pathways initiative.

The briefing part of the video is about 20 minutes with some questions and discussion following that.
